01 General Provisions

hagy is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hagy website and all services under it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between hagy and the user.

hagy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as reasonably practicable before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account on the hagy platform. Creating an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. hagy may request an identity card or other supporting documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or IP address is used.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and correct. An account opened with false information will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited. hagy may request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents to verify identity.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the hagy support team immediately. Transferring or renting the account to a third party is prohibited.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hagy supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method outside of these will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

No transactions below the stated limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur if verification is required or due to bank system processing times.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure that:

• Account verification has been completed.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal amount is consistent with the available balance.
• The payment details provided are correct and belong to the user.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The deposit and withdrawal method must remain the same.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit, users will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Bonuses may only be matched with real money — bonuses cannot be used to earn other bonuses.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• hagy reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

4.4 Promotional Offers

hagy may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an offer, the specific terms shall prevail.

05 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

hagy adheres to a fair play policy and the outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Users are expected to play honestly and ethically.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game or transaction, hagy reserves the right to void that round or transaction. The relevant stake amount will be returned to the balance. Claims of abnormally large winnings due to a software error will not be accepted.

5.3 Game Provider Terms

The hagy platform features games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. The rules specific to each game are stated within the game itself. The terms of the relevant game provider apply alongside these general Terms.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Each market has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant section. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with hagy's own policy.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse — for example, one person collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using any automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Giving a third party access to your account or placing bets on behalf of others.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the hagy system — in such cases, reporting it to support immediately is mandatory.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct against other users.

If any such activity is detected, hagy will immediately close the account, forfeit the associated balance, and take legal action if necessary.

07 Privacy & Security

hagy collects, stores, and processes users' personal information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure. Users' financial information is never shared with third parties, except for information necessary for payment processing.

Information may be provided to authorities under legal obligation or by court order. Requests to update or delete personal information can be submitted through support.

08 Responsible Gaming

hagy is committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

09 Limitation of Liability

hagy is not liable for the following:

• Disruption to games or transactions caused by the user's internet connection dropping.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Betting or gaming losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Indirect or consequential damages — such as loss of profit or reputational damage.

hagy's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.

10 Changes & Termination

10.1 Changes to the Terms

hagy reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or site notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made means the new Terms have been accepted.

10.2 Account Closure

At the user's request: Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. The account balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided the applicable bonus conditions have been met.

At hagy's initiative: hagy may close an account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive after a prolonged period of inactivity. In this state, the balance will remain protected and the account can be reactivated by logging in again.

hagy reserves the right of final interpretation on all matters covered by these Terms. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.
